Red Larch

An important stop on the Long Road for two centuries, Red Larch is name for a distinctive stand of red larch trees that were cut down when the hamlet was founded. An east-west trail meets that Long Road at Red Larch, running west to Kheldell and East to Bargewright Inn and eventually to Secomber. Another trail leads to the quarries and ruins of the Sumber Hills.
